How HH Tours handles information when you browse and enquire.

HH Tours is a Sri Lankan travel-information and enquiry website. Questions about information shared through this website can be directed to HH Tours on +94 72 513 0000 or WhatsApp at the same number. HH Tours handles travel enquiries, itineraries, quotations and travel-service communications.
2. Information you choose to provide
When preparing a trip enquiry, you may enter your name, phone number, destination, preferred month, number of travellers, type of trip and any notes you write. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for an initial travel enquiry.
3. What happens when you use the enquiry form
The website builds a pre-filled WhatsApp message inside your browser. Submitting the form does not itself send a message to HH Tours or save the form in a website database. You decide whether to press Send in WhatsApp. If you send it, the information is shared with HH Tours and processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their separate privacy terms.
4. Hosting and external services
The website is served through Cloudflare. Its network may process IP addresses and request/security metadata to deliver and protect web pages. The website also loads external assets such as Google Fonts and destination photographs from providers including Unsplash or Pexels; a third-party video source may be used as a fallback. Loading these resources may send technical browser requests to those providers.
5. How enquiries may be used and retained
Information you choose to send may be used to answer your enquiry, discuss available travel options and follow up on the requested trip. WhatsApp messages can remain in WhatsApp and on the devices or accounts used to handle your enquiry. No fixed deletion interval is promised here. Contact HH Tours if you have a question or request concerning information from an enquiry.
6. Cookies and links
The current website code does not implement HH Tours advertising-analytics trackers, a user-account system or a bookings database. External websites and services, including WhatsApp and third-party media providers, may apply their own cookies and privacy practices when you interact with them.
7. Your choices, requests and security
You can choose not to send a WhatsApp enquiry. To ask about, correct or request removal of information supplied in a message, contact the number above. Requests are considered subject to applicable law and any necessary record-keeping. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Sri Lankan law and changes to this notice
Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022, as amended in 2025, is being brought into effect in stages. The Data Protection Authority states that a July 2026 Gazette schedules certain core provisions for 1 January 2027, while data-subject rights provisions are not yet commenced as of this notice. We may update this page if the website services or applicable legal requirements change.
9. Website development and travel-service responsibilities
This website was designed and developed by WhiteCoder (Pvt) Ltd. All travel packages, bookings, payments, and related services are independently managed by HH Tours. Responsibilities relating to those travel services fall outside WhiteCoder (Pvt) Ltd's website development role. Please direct enquiries and complaints about travel packages, bookings, payments or refunds to HH Tours.
